Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or your local authorized Gus* Modern retailer within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare for Shipping
Ensure the item is disassembled and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will help coordinate a professional freight pickup or provide a shipping label for smaller parcel items.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable fees.
